My Question or Issue

Trying to upgrade to family plan but when I select it I get the message Youve taken too long to complete your purchase.

 

I've tried it from the app, Chrome browser, incognito and all with the same results.

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

 

If you haven’t, I’d recommend clearing your browsing history and cache and then try again by upgrading to Premium Family here
