can't subscribe

I've had spotify before but I've made a new account  now with this account I want to subscribe to Premium but it won't let me. Since I've had Premium for a few month on my old account my card number has alredy been used, and I can't have the free trial, which I'm not interested in, but since I can't have the free trial it's not letting me go Premium since "I've already used my free trial"
