cancel subscription

Hi!

I tried to get the premium discount for student but my college isn’t showing so I can’t complete my subscription.

The problem here is that I’ve been charged for $4.99 and I can’t use the premium account.

How can I solve this issue?

If I can’t use the premium I would like to cancel this subscription and get refund.

You haven't been charged: you got a pending transaction.

This means that if you are not elegible for a student discount, you will receive your money back in around 48 hours (it depends by your bank).
