My Question or Issue

 

Hi all, 

I used to have my active student subscription but I found that this month I was charged for the premium family without having it enabled. I did look at it but I did not proceed to the settings etc. 

The problem is that now I cannot change the plan to the Student plan I had bofore. It show that I have an active discount but it does not let me activate it. There is not an active button too complete the process of changing the subscription. The last screen I see is the one informing me that me student discount is active and valid until 10/20.

 

Please help

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

 

You should be able to re-activate the Student subscription by clicking here and going though the check-out. 

 

No worries, you won't be charged directly and the changes will take effect on your next billing date.

 

And one last thing, if you didn't update your subscription to the Family plan, take a look at this page to secure your account.
