cant get premium

My Question or Issue

im trying to start my premium again , as i was premium before , but the time i want to pay trough paypal , it keeps asking me to add a card that i dont have , like mastercard or visa , i cant pay as i dont have te right cards and cant pay through paypal now as well it seems

normally i could login and play premium with it asking but now suddenly i need a card 

as a result , i cant go premium

any solutions?

Can you try opening an incognito window on your PC? Then you can subscribe to Premium here.

When it comes to paying via PayPal without having a registered card, you'll need to have a bigger balance than the cost of the subscrtion.

We recommend adding at least 30 EUR to ensure that everything goes smoothly. 

If you still experience the issue, send us a screenshot of the error message you get. Just make sure to cover all sensitive info.

i have tried using incoginto when trying to go premium but it just keeps asking for for mastercard , discover , visa etc...... ; with a csc code or something , i had 34 euro on my paypal at the time , last time it didnt ask for cards , im really confused how this is possible , this is the message , in the grey they just keep asking to add a creditcard to fullfill my purchase

Can you try on a different device? We'd also suggest to give it a go with with another payment method. Here you can find all the available payment methods in your country.

You can also contact the PayPal customer support. The folks there can give you more info, as we don't have an access to their systems.
