cant start my single spotify premium service

So i want to start my spotify individual subscription, but somehow i'm not able to, first thing that appears is that i'm not eligible for the 1 month free trial, ok ig i think i've used it once before but after that i try to find a way to start paying my individual subscription and nothing, theres no paying option, nothing it only shows the one month trial option.
