Hello,


I am asking this question on behalf of my sister.
 
Before this, she registered for one month free trial for Premium but she cancelled the Premium before the trial ends and now it's been two months since she deleted her account. 
 
The problem is she was charged for the premium since September even until this month and we cannot find the solution to end this problem.
 
We went to the mobile provider to settle this problem but they cannot do anything since the account has been deleted.
 
Is there any way to stop being charged for the premium that she didn't even use?

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you get a confirmation email when you canceled Premium? Also, can you make sure that you aren't subscribed to Premium on another account?

Hi @Billy-J, thanks for the warm welcome!

 

Yeah, I managed to solve the problem after contacting directly with Spotify customer service through email.

 

It turns out that the root of the problem comes from her facebook-linked account and not the account that I mentioned in the original post.

 

Glad that it's finally solved after several month. Phew!
