charged too much

charged too much

I’ve been on the student plan for months, but now I’ve been switched to the premium individual plan without any explanation. I’m still a student and should qualify for the student discount.

Can anyone explain why this happened? Is there a way to fix this and possibly get a refund for the extra charges?

Hey there @mikheil1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I’m sorry to hear this. This may have happened because you must re-verify your student status once a year. If you don’t by the verification deadline, you will be charged the regular rate for Premium Individual. In this case, please read this page for more information and the next steps to take from here.
