Hi, I'm trying to pay with my credit card but it keeps saying to enter the expiration date, and I did like so: 06/20 and 0620, but it won't let me.....help? Thanks!

Hey there @ahamelinck17, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Can you try updating your payment method again in an incognito or private window in your browser? Alternatively, you can use a different browser or device altogether.

You can find out more information on that here, it lists how to open an incognito/private window according to the browser you use. 

 

If you have trouble opening one, try clearing the cache and cookies memory of your browser. That should do it too.

Hi K, I appreciate your help. I was tying to do the premium from the app, so when you mentioned the windows I was like what? So then I thought I'll do it from the website. And the same thing happened, but as I went to erase the numbers, the backslash and extra spaces between the numbers appeared, so I just entered the last digit and it worked! So thanks again!
