That's odd. Can you try updating your payment method again in an incognito or private window in your browser? Alternatively, you can use a different browser or device altogether.

You can find out more information on that here, it lists how to open an incognito/private window according to the browser you use.
If you have trouble opening one, try clearing the cache and cookies memory of your browser. That should do it too.
