I had a premium subscription and somehow it ended without notice...so suddenly my account showed "free" instead of "premium" and I subscribed again.

Issue: All my already downloaded songs are not anymore available offline...unless I download them again of course. I ask myself why this happend and how to avoid this next time. It's very inconvenient!! And still, I don't get why my subscription was cancelled automatically without any notice?!

When your account goes back to Free, all the downloaded music and playlists will be deleted from your device.

Your account might've gone back to Free if the monthly payment didn't go through. In this case, you should've received a notification about the failed transaction.

If you didn't receive a notification email, your subscription may have been set up through a third party. In this case, the account will just go back to Free.
