duo partner updated credit card, previous card still appears in my count

My duo partner has updated the credit card with which we make the payment, but the previous card still appears in my account and the payment cannot be made. However, his count shows that the payment for duo plan was successful with the new card, but the update has not occurred in my count.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and for the explanation.

It's worth mentioning that only the manager of the Duo plan is the one paying for the subscription, whilst the member joins Duo. It's also the manager that has to log in to their account on the Overview Page whenever they need to update the payment details.

In your situation, if you're the Duo manager, but you're using the member's payment card, in order to update it you'd still have to log in to your account. 

It'd be best if you reached out to our colleagues from Customer Support that can take a look behind the scenes and share some light on what's happened, as well as assist you further. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.
