i am trying to purchase 3 month sup with telda card but it keeps saying failed payment

If you're having trouble with your payment, here are a few things to double-check:

 

  • Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and is registered in the same country as your Spotify account.
  • Make sure it hasn’t expired or been canceled.
  • Verify that it's enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can usually find these settings in your bank’s mobile app.

Also, ensure your bank or payment provider has your up-to-date information. They may need to verify your identity for security purposes, such as with a password, PIN, fingerprint, or a code sent to your device.

I'm getting a free month of premium for rejoining it says I won't be charged until Dec 6 I fill out my info put my card in and clicked next and then it says my payment declined

I have a Visa Debit card and it ia not taking it for premium upgrade???

the transaction has been completed successfully but still i didn’t get the premium yet

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
