I have been confirmed that on premium plan but my Spotify still advertises and it’s pissing me off please kindly help me looking into this

Sorry to hear that. Can you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn’t work, please following all of these steps.

 

If you’re still having trouble, can you let me know if this happens with music or when you listen to podcasts / audiobooks?
