Trying to Redeem Trendyol Plus Promotional Code

I received a four-month free Spotify subscription code through my Trendyol Plus membership. I attempted to redeem this code on a newly created Spotify account, and the code was successfully activated. However, upon checking my account, I discovered that a one-month subscription fee has been charged to my card. Despite entering the promotional code correctly and following all the required steps accurately, my account currently displays as a standard individual plan, and a paid subscription has been initiated instead of the four-month free trial period. I would like to understand why I was charged despite using the promotional code and how this issue can be resolved. I am requesting a refund for the amount charged and the proper application of my four-month free subscription benefit.

 

Trendyol Plus üyeliğim kapsamında Spotify'ın dört aylık ücretsiz kullanım kodunu aldım. Bu kodu yeni oluşturduğum bir Spotify hesabında kullanmak istedim ve kod başarıyla etkinleştirildi. Ancak hesabımı kontrol ettiğimde, bir aylık ücretin kartımdan tahsil edildiğini fark ettim. Have you tried Premium in the past? This offer is for those who haven’t tried Premium in the past, which may be why you were charged despite attempting to use the offer. I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
