I was given a gift card,went to scratch off seal to reveal the code and scratched off code,anyway I can redeem this voucher?

I received a gift card for 3 months of premium subscription and some of the letters/numbers have been scratched off. I'm wondering if Spotify can still honor it if i provide the card #? Is there any way to reach someone directly at Spotify?

When I scratched off the code to my gift card some of the pin came off with it. What could I do to still receive the credit?
