I want to write to support, but for 3 days, I see only this (picture below)

Have you tried clearing your browser cache & cookies to see if that helps?
An incognito window is also something worth trying.

 I've tried everything, nothing changes. I rebooted the device, reinstalled the browser, even did that, used a different Internet, and still nothing happens. Although I think it's too late and it's unlikely that I will get my money back 😞
