scusatemi, il supporto di Spotify non mi ha degnato di alcuna attenzione e mi ha mandatao qui.

come faccio a sapere perché mi hanno addebitato questi euro 9,99? 

come faccio a sapere se c'è un account (che io non ho sottoscritto) che viene pagato con i miei soldi? 

come faccio a farmi avere da Spotify gli estremi di questo presunto account per poi poterlo cancellare? 

avete qualche idea?
