how to use duo in desktop

I subscribed for DUO but we both playing on only on mobile app but we are unable to find any of options in desktop application to join duo.

Welcome to the Community.

We've moved your post to this help board since it doesn't qualify as an idea.

If you and the person you're sharing the Duo subscription with already set up both accounts, you don't need to go through the same process again on your computers.

Simply access your accounts using the same credentials you used to access the mobile app.

If you're still having issues, please send us some screenshots showing any error message you get. Just make sure to remove any personal info from them.
