i cannot upgrade to premium

i want to have a premium account but it says that in this app they cannot do it..

i have an iphone7 and live in Germany

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to upgrade to Spotify Premium via the mobile app. To upgrade, you'll need to visit the Spotify website and follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click GET PREMIUM.
4. Enter your payment details and click START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM.

Tip: If you’ve never had Premium before, you can try it for free!
