log in issues

hi,

firstly I'd like to start by saying this is a ridiculous way of recieving help as I'm having to rewrite this message using my brothers spotify account as my issue is regarding logging in to my account, yet you have to log in to even be able to recieve help!!

I have been meaning to address this issue for a while yet it is so difficult to try and resolve a simple issue! After losing my phone abroad last year I havent since been able to log in to my spotify account.

 I try logging in normally using my email address and password but it says incorrect password. I then go to the forgotten password page type in my email adress, it then proceeds to tell me my facebook  account is associated with my spotify account and to change my facebook password. I then change my facebook password and then press the log in with facebook button, firstly a notification pops up saying 'an error has occured processing your request. please try again'.

I try again, another notification pops up saying 'You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account. If you have a Spotify account, please log in with your Spotify credentials. If you do not have a Spotify account, sign up.'

No matter what i try i can't log in to my account and as i am paying for premium i'm waisting money!

Is there any other way of cancelling my account?

If you are having trouble locating your Premium account you can contact support who will be able to help you track down the account using your payment method if need be. They will ask for additional emails if they cannot locate the account, so give them as much info as you can such as any emails you might have used to create the account:
