missing playlist and missing premium subscription

missing playlist and missing premium subscription

Good day, yesterday I am having a problem logging in with facebook it says error 404.. so tried resetting my password but using my username in facebook.. i just followed some instruction in forum. after resetting I am now able to logged in but all my playlist and my premium were gone. I am a globe postpaid subscriber and I am paying my premium subscription thru them. I tried calling the globe customer service hopefully they could fix it. Hopefully spotify could help me too.

There are a couple things that could have happened, we’ll help you get to the bottom of it. Try to log out/ log in and see if your Premium activates.

 

If a log out/ log in doesn’t work check your inbox. Did you get a confirmation email after upgrading? If you have your subscription confirmation and it’s still not appearing you may have created a second account and upgrade that one by accident. Please follow this guide in our FAQ to find out if you have a second account.
