my credit card charged twice

hi,

i got premium student edition 2 days ago. i sent my student document to sheerid and my credit card charged once. and today 30 minutes ago i got mail from sheerid and "Status verified". then i clicked that link at mail. i got an error and says there is something wrong with my payment and asked me to enter card info again. i entered my card info now payment accepted but i checked my bank account and i saw my credit card charged 2 times. can someone help me please?

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
