my premium subscription won’t renew

i topped up yesterday with Vodefone and i added the extra €5 for spotify premium and it said it was gone through. Vodefone then sent me the link to complete the premium purchase but when i pressed on the link it said by subscription would renew on the 3 of May 2020. Nothing is helping i’ve tried logging out and deleting the app and it still goes back to spotify free. any help on how my premium can go back please!!

It's worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause in the process.
