Necesito ayuda, necesito eliminar cuenta de spotify pero no tengo acceso al correo ya que contraté con el correo/facebook de mi ex un plan duo pero lo di de baja, el problema es que mi tarjeta quedó asociada a su cuenta y me siguen haciendo el cargo de la cuenta duo ya que él no la dió de baja. ¿Como la elimino? no quiero seguir pagandole el spotify!
