I only see the subscription options, when last time there was the one time payment for a month/3 months/ 6 months available

Spotify does offer a 3 months trial Premium subscription for upcoming users.
However, if you've already had Premium before it'll make you not eligible for the offer.
Can you please confirm if you're logged in on your account or a new/someone else's account ?

thats not what i mean. for the last 2 years when i wanted to buy premium i had those plans available:
renevable subscriptions: 1 month , spotify duo, spotify family, spotify student
one time payment: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months
so i could buy premium in 7 different ways, 4 of them were subscription based and you are billed each month and 3 of them you just bought once and it didnt renew so you had to buy it again if you wanted premium
this time when i want to buy it it only shows up the renevable subscription options
and i cant find any information about why and when were those one time payments options removed

We're afraid that the one-time payment (non-recurring) options are no longer available in your market.
No worries though, you can still get Premium on a monthly subscription using a recurring payment method, and you can find all the payment methods available by following these steps.

You can view all payment options available in your market here. We're always working on making paying for Spotify as easy as possible so hopefully your preferred payment method will be back there soon.

I have same problem. "all payment options" is card and paypal. People in Poland do not use them. Card payment is a perfect way to lose your account control.
