not able to purchase premium

hi,

i'm not able to purchase premium. i tried it via app and i did it several times on my desktop. it takes me to the paypal site, i confirm the payment and it takes me back to the premium site (see screenshot)

im still not able. is my paypaladress banned or something? is there any support email or something else?

thanks for your advice. as the supportdude told me via email i'm a happy amazon music customer since 2 days now and i absolutely recommend it. the android app is much better too.
