offline issues on iPhone

I recently bought spotify primium because I wanted to be able to listen to music offline but when I try going to the home page or searching up a new song offline it says I need to be online. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Could you try quick log out/in? If that doesn't help, could you try reinstalling the app following thesesteps?
