Yeah it does auto credit your account, this is a known problem, but were you confirmed as a student yet?

If you've paid for Premium but you're seeing Free, we'd recommend firstly checking out this link:

It's also possible the payment is pending. If your Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully. In this case, we'd recommend trying things once more.
