Hi there @liliumlie,

Thanks for the post.

Most likely your original subscription is still active and this is why you're getting charged for two Spotify Premium subscriptions.

You can try to locate the old account and cancel the subscription manually. You can have a look here for some helpful tips on finding your old account log-in details.

Further info can be found in this support page.

Hope this helps.

Hey @liliumlie,

Thanks for getting back to us.

If you were on Premium Individual and then upgraded to Premium Duo, your remaining Premium Individual time gets recalculated into Premium Duo time because of the price difference between the two plans. If you're sure you don't have a second account and your account page shows Premium Duo as your current plan, this is the most likely reason why your next payment is due earlier than usual.

If you're currently on Premium Duo, you can go ahead and invite a member by following these steps.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you have other questions.
