payment details change option missing, Error in http call to switch to free

and as well as several other threads,

I should be able to change payment details from the Subscription page, however in my case

However in my case there is no option to edit payment details. It only shows me the next renewal date (28/02/2019), with the upcoming cost of EUR 6.99 with a button to "change or cancel" which only contains the options to edit family members of cancel my subscription.

I have tried cancelling the subscription but all that does is take me to the main account page with the error:
Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.

Hey @mangusbrother, welcome to the community!

It's odd that you don't see the option to update your payment method, this only happens if your subscription is set up via a third party (e.g. your service provider).

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.
