payment failure

payment failure

i want to switch my card and payment details for spotify but everytime i enter my new card information under change payment it says something went wrong and will not accept the payment. My card is a brand new card and yes it has been activated and used prior to this issue so it is not the card.

Let's try heading to your account overview page and heading to Subscription > Update using a different browser or an incognito window to update your payment details.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look and help you out as soon as possible.
