My Question or Issue

I used to be a spotify premium user but I had some issues with my visa and I had to cancel it for a couple of months, so I had to downgrade to free. It has been reactivated now and used for other websites, but everytime i try to join premium again it tells me that the payment failed even though I'm sure about entering all of the visa data correctly. Please help.

Could you try the following:

  • opening the page in a different browser or incognito window
  • trying to subscribe from a different device?

If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll see what we can suggest next 😉
