My Question or Issue

I paid for a premium account through PayPal, the money has been taken out of my bank account but I can't access the premium services on the app. It says I'm still on a free plan. I even payed double. Please can you give me access and get a refund

Sorry to hear this has happened to you!

Please make sure you're logged into the correct account you have subscribed from.
You can check your emails for a subscription confirmation and use that same email for your login process.

Note: As you've mentioned that you've paid twice, you most likely have two active subscriptions on two different accounts.
As we cannot view user accounts from the forum, we'd advise checking this FAQ to locate any additional accounts you may have.

I tried paying for Spotify premium through PayPal. At first it didn't go through so I tried again and I still didn't work. Then I looked at my bank account and saw that I was charged twice, but I still do not have premium.
