URGENT. HELP NEEDED

My payment method failed today however it has not expired and has plenty of funds. I have a family subscription in turkey. If I could not update it asap my subscription will be cancelled today. That will dissapoint me A LOT.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you out.

 

If your subscription monthly payment failed Spotify will try to make the payment again in 24-48 hours. Make sure that the payment method you're using is enabled for online purchases and has enough funds. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more help.
