payment won’t work

the payment went out of my card but the spotify app is still saying the payment failed.my cashapp shows it has been charged to spotify pc, and i know i paid it to my account because i saw my profile picture on it!! does anyone know if it’s possible to get a refund so i can try again??

Can you check if your account shows as Premium here, under Your Plan? I'd also recommend checking your payment status. If your Spotify payment is marked as ‘pending’ on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.

Consider looking at the specific payment/reference numbers of both the recent payment and the one that was refunded and see if they are the same. It might be some sort of error or misunderstanding or perhaps something to do with older payments, which lead to the account being reverted to free.
