why is my spotify still charging me when it says i have spotify free?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

It could be that you created a second Spotify account and one of them now is Premium and the other one is on the Free plan.

Please look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Now please try to cancel your subscription.
