Spotify currently doesn't offer telephone support.
If Support hasn't been able to resolve your issue yet, I'd recommend replying to their message and letting them know that you still need help.
Look, I don't use a prepaid card. I use my own personal credit card. My bank says pending right now. How long will you guys take to refund my money?
