premium problems

Hello,

I have a Miezu m3 note.

I decided to erase all my unsefull files  in my phone, and I reset.

When I redownloaded Spotify I didn't see Premium in my account,  even though I HAVE it.

I tried  to change my password and connect to facebook, but it doesn't work. 

I really need a concrete response because I'm paying for having  nothing,  and Iththithknow neither how to delete my Premium because my account say me I don't think have it.

Hey @clararosa1995,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
