premium subscription and playlists....everything is gone!

premium subscription and playlists....everything is gone!

i have a premium subscription since 2015 i guess....it was always fine...untill today. it suddenly looked strange, my playlists were gone and it said i did not have a premium account. but i do. i did change my password today cause i had to log in and i did not remember it. i never had to log in before, it was always done automatically. so maybe that's where it went wrong? i tried to log in with my facebook account as well and it was the same: no premium acount and no playlists...what can i do to restore my account as it was before? i go crazy if i lost my playlists....the work and the hours that are in there....

same thing happened to me, been paying for premium for a few monts trying to figure out what happened..this is the only way i can get help i guess,**bleep**..customer service **bleep**

It's possible that you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

yes, they are helping me. so i guess the problem will be fixed and i get my playlists back!

already did that. same problem: logging in with facebook also sais i had a free account and there were no playlists. although i am sure that also created them on my free account. but customer support is helping with the problem now. so i guess it will be solved. i can still get to the premium account with mobile app. but logging in with computer is still not working….
