Since the community only supports the English language, I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

Do you remember entering your payment details when you were trying to sign up for Premium? If not, you are probably on the 7 day free trial, which doesn't require you to enter your payment details, and only works when you subscribe through the Spotify app.
