problems with premium duo

I have recently changed to premium duo and I am able to send the link but when they click on it just sends them back the account without making them confirm the address so therefore it does not work.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more help verifying your address for a Duo plan. If the invite link doesn't work, I'd recommend you ask your Duo partner to open in using another browser or an incognito window.
