"Oops something went wrong!" when trying to cancel Spotify premium.

I'm trying to cancel both mine and my brother's Spotify premium subscriptions via the web browser (which is how we bought it) and we keep getting "Oops something went wrong!" when hitting "Cancel Subscription"

I need this canceled ASAP before the accounts get renewed tomorrow.

I have tried different computers, browsers, and incognito.

Please hurry!

If your subscription was set up through us, you shouldn't have any trouble cancelling. However, if your subscription was set up through a third party, you'll need to contact them to cancel.

Try clearing your main browser's cache and cookies and then going to your Subscription Overview to cancel.
