re verify email

i was not able to verify my email for the family plan to which I was invited hence, my plan was switched to a free account. Is there a way that I can re verify my account for the plan? I tried getting the main account holder to re invite me but whenever I enter my details my an error occurs

Hey there @Dipagapi, welcome to the community!

 

That's not good. All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If Spotify's unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. 

Since, currently, it’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan, if you move, or enter the wrong details, you will have to create a new account (make sure you sign out everywhere and cancel the plan on your old account beforehand) and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account by entering the correct address.

Otherwise, you can restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. You can check out Spotify's other trials and offers
