removed from family account

removed from family account

Me and my other friends live in the same adress however spotify removed me from the family account. They sent me an email last week to varify my adress and I did however today I noticed I am removed from the account. Please help me get back to the family plan as soon as possible. Thanks. Hey @apurokks2, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If that's the case, we'd recommend you contact the plan owner and get them to reinvite you as a member following these steps.

 

Also, we suggest you clear the cache/cookies from your browser.

If you've followed the steps from the email, and you think you've been incorrectly removed from the plan we'd recommend reaching out to Support.
