a few days ago a red window appeared on the software saying that there was a problem with the payment, I checked the credit card and i actually used it to pay something else but spotify refuses to admit the card, its says there is a problem but it doesent explain what the problem is about. I also tried to pay with an american express but the same message showed up. I already tried cancelling my subscription and starting a new one, even to start another account, nothing worked, please someone help me

We suggest you make sure your payment methods meet the requirements listed here. If you're unsure about them, you can reach out to your bank for more info.

hello I have the same problem that my credit card no longer wants pass! I called my bank and they said there was no problem and it was spotify!

 

yes both credit cards im trying to use meet the requirements listed on that page. I waited a few days as adviced, I also called the bank and there is nothing that really should hold back the payment, im trying from argentina with a Visa Gold and an American Express gold , please, I use music daily and I'm getting really frustrated
