spotify code problems

hi everybody , 

i just bought a spotify code for 1 month but the site that i use every time is in the netherlands , i always did go to that site and i didnt have any problems but now the redeem page says that the code doesnt work in my country , is it possible to change to code to belgium ???

Hey there @Krokoglocko,

you've probably bought a code linked to a country your account isn't registered in. You could contact the reseller you bought the code from and ask for a refund. Otherwise, it is not possible to change your account's country if you haven't moved to that very country. I'm sorry you're encountering problems because of that.
