I got a Spotify premium code from Microsoft Rewards, and it was confirmed by email, though the code doesn't work

If you've had Premium on your account before or if the payment method you used was used for Spotify in the past (e.g. by a family member or friend), you're not eligible for the trial. In the second case, you could try using a different payment method when there is another offer like this.
