I contracted a family plan of 9.99 on Monday, April 11, 2022, which was debited from my account using a debit card, which you can see in the first photo, on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, it returned to me to debit another 9.99 is like spotify stockholm, it does not seem to me that I am debited values that I have not authorized, please refund that money.

 One of the more common scenarios when users see 2 payments close together is that a previous payment has failed and later was successful, making it appear closer to the second one on you end and this might cause confusion. You can check for which months the payments are on your Receipts page here.

 

If you don't see the second payment on the Receipts page above, could you give those steps a try and look for a secondary account? If you find a second Premium account, you can cancel the second subscription as described here.
