L’8 Dicembre ho fatto la promozione dei tre mesi gratis, e pagare 9.99€ dopo il terzo mese, ma oggi all’improvviso si è bloccata ed è ritornato spotify gratuito senza promozioni (con pubblicità e canzoni a riproduzione casuale), come mai è successo questo?

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. It might be that the payment didn't actually go through, as offers like the one you mentioned are either only for users who have never used Premium before, or at least ones that haven't used Premium in a long time. You might also be logged into another account. Please check out this article to check for that.
